Can I return the artwork I purchased? All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Alena Ahrens Studio is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS). Please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
What if my artwork arrived damaged, was not delivered, was lost, or was stolen from my doorstep?
Alena Ahrens Studio is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS), nor is it liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. Each order is prepared with care in sturdy flat mailers and tubes so that it arrives in amazing condition.
If you receive a damaged print, Alena Ahrens Studio will replace it at no cost to you. The damaged print should be sent back to Alena Ahrens Studio (in the original mailer/packaged at your local post office. I am unable to provide free prints if they are damaged after delivery.
Not Delivered / Lost / Stolen
1. Check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address.
2. If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost or stolen, you must contact the shipping service personally. Alena Ahrens Studio is not responsible for replacing any order for free that has not been delivered, lost, or was stolen.
